The beginning of a new year tends to be filled with excitement, possibility and motivation.


It's true, there is something about a new year (and in this case a new decade) that makes these New Year's resolutions all the more important to achieve.


In my personal experience, from listening to friends, family and learning from many of my patients I see here in Melbourne, these resolutions very quickly become a source of overwhelm and stress.
