The beginning of a new year tends to be filled with excitement, possibility and motivation.

It's true, there is something about a new year that makes these New Year's resolutions all the more important to achieve.

In my personal experience, from listening to friends, family and learning from many of my patients from all around Australia (working 100% means I help women all over the country, not just Melbourne), these resolutions very quickly become a source of overwhelm and stress.
